Loyalty Points Policy

Customers earn points for every purchase made on the store.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders (e.g., 100 points = 1 SAR).
A maximum of 50% of the order value can be paid using points.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
In case of order cancellation or return, the earned or redeemed points will be adjusted accordingly.
Points are linked to the customer’s account only and cannot be transferred or combined with another account.
The store reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
