Diriyah Club – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Diriyah Club, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. This Refund & Exchange Policy has been developed in accordance with Saudi Arabian consumer protection regulations and industry best practices. It applies to purchases made both at our physical stores and through our official e-commerce platforms.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Physical Store Purchases: Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • E-commerce Purchases: Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery.

After this period, we regret that no return or exchange requests will be accepted.

2. Conditions of Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or electronic invoice) must be presented.
  • Products must not fall under the non-returnable categories listed below.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Customized or personalized items (including jerseys printed with names, numbers, or patches).
  • Undergarments, socks, and any personal items that have been opened.
  • Items sold as part of clearance, promotion, or “Final Sale.”
  • Any product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

In-Store Purchases:

  • Bring the product with the original receipt to the same store where the purchase was made.
  • Our staff will inspect the product and process the return or exchange if eligible.

E-commerce Purchases:

  • Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or through your online account within the return window.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product if defective.
  • Our team will arrange collection or provide instructions for return shipment.

4. Fees & Deductions

  • Refunds: Shipping, delivery, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
  • Exchanges: If the reason for exchange is not related to a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
  • Defective or Wrong Item: Diriyah Club will bear all related shipping and replacement costs.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • For online purchases, cash refunds are not available; store credit may be issued instead.
  • In case of partial returns, only the value of returned items (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

6. Special Provisions

  • Gifts: Items received as gifts may be exchanged (subject to eligibility) but cannot be refunded in cash. Store credit may be issued.
  • Bundles & Kits: Products sold as a set or bundle must be returned in full; partial returns will not be accepted.
  • Match-Day Purchases: Products purchased at stadium kiosks follow the same refund and exchange terms, but requests must be submitted at the Diriyah Club main store.
  • Membership Merchandise: Items tied to membership packages may not be refunded, except in the case of a defect.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy is designed in compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations. Nothing in this limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
